Baptism

We will have a Baptism service on Sunday August 30th right after the church service at Moonstone Beach.  If you are interested in being baptized, please write it on your Connection Card and place your card in the offering basket.  Pastor Dwayne will contact you about the details.

Baptism is a picture of what happens to you when you become a Christian. The Bible says that we have been buried with Christ in baptism and raised to walk in newness of life. When you are baptized, you are identifying yourself with Christ in his death and resurrection. Baptism symbolizes the death of your old self and of being raised up a new person, a brand new creation in Christ able to live in a new way—one that pleases God.
